The Perez Foundation for Health and Hope exists to support individuals and families facing the dual burden of a medical diagnosis and financial hardship. Our mission is to provide compassionate financial hardship assistance to those struggling to afford the care, treatment, and support they need during some of the most difficult times in their lives. We are committed to bridging the gap between medical need and healthcare access advocacy—offering direct support, advocacy, and resources to ensure no one is denied hope or healing because of cost. Through collaboration and community, we bring light, dignity, and relief to those navigating illness with limited means, while also providing vital medical diagnosis support.
